Microsoft Platform Manager
- Lead the strategy, governance, and lifecycle management of Company’s Microsoft 365 and Power Platform environment across 55+ agencies.
- Responsible for balancing innovation, security, compliance, and operational efficiency while preventing uncontrolled platform growth.
- Partner with Infrastructure, Security, Innovation, and business stakeholders to drive collaboration, automation, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Microsoft 365 administration, platform governance, IT program management, or enterprise technology leadership.
- Hands-on experience with Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and Power Platform.
- Expertise in governance frameworks, DLP, retention policies, Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft Graph, and Power Platform administration.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Experience leading cross-functional digital transformation initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- PMP, ITIL, Microsoft, or related certifications preferred.
