Support the collections team on a high volume of association collections matters
Draft demand letters, pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
Manage deadlines, filings, and communications with clients and courts
Use our online platform to track case progress and provide clear client updates
Assist with negotiations, hearings, and court appearances under supervision
