Job Details
Position: MEP Revit Technician
Location: San Antonio, TX
Work Schedule: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote
Bonus: 10% discretionary
Ideal Start Date: ASAP
Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced MEP Revit Technician to join a highly collaborative, team-oriented environment in San Antonio. This role is hands-on and requires a strong in-person presence to support engineering and architectural design projects. The ideal candidate has a Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) background and is highly proficient in Revit.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with integrated engineers and architects on building design projects.
Set up Revit models at project kick-off and maintain them throughout project life cycle.
Develop sheets and views, update models regularly, and coordinate with MEP design teams.
Produce contract documents, addenda, PRs, ASIs, and record documents while ensuring quality control.
Model MEP content from digital or paper mark-ups.
Archive Revit files and project documentation as required.
Must-Haves:
3+ years of MEP Revit experience
Proficiency in Revit software
Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems
Experience coordinating with engineers and architects
Proven ability to manage documentation and model updates
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience in education or healthcare projects
Background with larger engineering or architecture firms
