Job Details
Position Overview:
The MEP Project Manager will be responsible for managing the planning, coordination, and execution of all MEP systems from preconstruction through project completion. This role works closely with project executives, field teams, design partners, and specialty contractors to ensure systems are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead MEP coordination and management on large-scale commercial construction projects
Oversee mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and specialty systems throughout the project lifecycle
Partner with design teams and trade partners to ensure constructability and efficiency of building systems
Manage MEP budgets, schedules, procurement, and subcontractor performance
Lead coordination meetings with engineers, subcontractors, and field leadership
Resolve technical challenges and ensure alignment between design documents and field installation
Drive commissioning readiness and system turnover processes
Ensure projects meet safety, quality, and performance standards
