Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all aspects of MEP design and installation with project teams and trade partners.
- Review drawings and specifications to identify and resolve potential conflicts early in the process.
- Manage BIM coordination and maintain up-to-date documentation.
- Oversee field inspections, system testing, and commissioning.
- Ensure schedule adherence, cost control, and compliance with safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 7+ years of experience managing MEP scopes in commercial construction.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and meet project objectives.
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.
