Job Details
Responsibilities -
+ Support design and development of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across a variety of project types
+ Assist in preparing construction documents, drawings, and specifications
+ Perform load calculations, system sizing, and equipment selection
+ Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other disciplines
+ Participate in design meetings and contribute to project discussions
+ Conduct site visits and support construction administration as needed
+ Ensure designs align with applicable codes, standards, and client expectations
Qualifications -
+ Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
+ EIT certification (or actively working toward it)
+ 0–3 years of experience in MEP or building systems design
+ Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, or plumbing systems
+ Familiarity with Revit, AutoCAD, or similar design tools
+ Solid communication skills and a team-first mindset
+ Desire to grow into a licensed PE and take on increasing responsibility
