Job Details
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and diagnostic assessments for clients
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide individual and family therapy sessions
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and supervisors
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with Medicaid and insurance requirements
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
- Active or provisional North Carolina licensure (LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, or similar)
- Experience providing behavioral health counseling and treatment planning
- Strong communication and documentation skills
