Where You'll Be

Primary Location: Fairfield, Maine (Somerset County)

You will support individuals in a residential setting within the Fairfield community.

All mandatory trainings take place in Androscoggin County.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel are required.

Position: Mental Health Rehabilitation Technician (MHRT)

• Support adults with daily living and life skills
• Encourage community involvement
• Promote independence and personal growth
• Provide compassionate, person-centered care

No experience needed - all training provided.

️ Requirements

• 18 years or older
• High school diploma or GED
• Able to pass a criminal background check
• Must have a valid Maine driver's license & be insurable
• Must pass a satisfactory driving record check
• Must attend all mandatory trainings & staff meetings
• Reliable transportation & willingness to travel
• Compassionate, professional, and dependable attitude
