REQUIREMENTS:
- Selling fitness memberships
- Calling leads/Texting/Emailing prospects
- In-Person Membership sales at studio site and at various events
- Merchandise sales
- Local marketing / lead generation
- Professional customer service
They must possess the following attributes to be successful:
- Ability to drive member sales at a consistently high level
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Above average computer literacy
- Desire to service others
- Professional social skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Detail oriented
Must haves:
- Prior experience working for a group fitness studio or gym ( >2 years)
- Prior experience selling fitness memberships * Prior experience servicing leads.
- Prior sales experience ( >2 years)
- The ideal candidate, is a self-starter, go getter, reliable, and excited to learn, and excel!
Job Types: Part-time
Salary: $16 per hour + Commission
