Job Title: Medical Technologist – Night Shift
Location: Oak Hill, FL
Schedule: Full-time nights, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM (8/10/12-hour shifts, rotating weekends)
Salary: $27.09 – $37.92/hr (based on experience)
Night Differential: $2.50/hr | On-Call Pay: $2/hr
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 for night shift

Position Overview:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Medical Technologist to join our hospital laboratory team. The role covers Blood Bank, Chemistry, and Hematology sections, providing high-quality testing in a fast-paced, acute care environment. This position works independently, performing stat and routine testing while maintaining regulatory compliance and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Perform stat and routine testing in Blood Bank, Chemistry, and Hematology

• Conduct quality control, proficiency testing, delta checks, and critical result protocols

• Assume departmental responsibility in the absence of a supervisor

• Maintain accurate documentation, review pending logs, and troubleshoot equipment issues

• Support CAP regulatory compliance and manage supply inventory

Qualifications:

• Associate Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology preferred

• Florida Medical Technologist License REQUIRED

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Medical Technologist REQUIRED

• Strong independent judgment, attention to detail, and workflow organization skills
