Medical Sales Representative – Regenerative Therapies

Seeking an accomplished Medical Device Sales professional with a passion for regenerative medicine and wound care. Our client, an innovative leader in developing and manufacturing cutting-edge regenerative therapies for wound and tissue repair, is looking for a Medical Sales Representative to drive new business development and manage client relationships within an assigned territory.

 Role Overview:

As a Medical Sales Representative, you will identify and penetrate new business opportunities, deliver impactful presentations to physicians (office based) and work closely with wound care centers and clinics to promote our client’s solutions.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in Medical Device Sales, with expertise in Biologics, Regenerative Medicine, or Wound Care.
  • Established relationships within wound care centers and/or clinics in the territory.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Min. 3+ years of Medical Sales experience, preferably in Wound Care.
  • Demonstrated success in new business development with the ability to close high-value deals.
  • Expertise in selling to wound care centers and clinics.
  • Strong knowledge of the biotechnology industry, healthcare reimbursement, and industry trends.
  • Track record of building and managing relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Documented achievement of sales goals and targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and travel as needed.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 (commensurate with experience and market).
  • Year 1 Earnings: $180,000 – $200,000 at plan.
  • Comprehensive Benefits Package.

  • Laptop provided.
