As the first point of contact for our patients, youll create a welcoming, efficient experience while helping our team provide exceptional care.

What Youll Do:
* Welcome Patients: Greet and check in patients with a friendly, professional demeanor.
* Appointment Scheduling: Manage appointments, confirm visits, and handle multi-line phone systems.
* Insurance Verification: Process patient paperwork, verify insurance, and ensure all documentation is accurate.
* Assist with Inquiries: Address patient questions and direct them to the appropriate healthcare provider.
* Maintain Office Organization: Keep the front desk area tidy and organized, maintaining high practice standards.
What Were Looking For:
* Experience: 1+ years of front desk or medical office experience (preferably in physical therapy or chiropractic settings).
* Insurance Knowledge: Familiarity with insurance verification and processing.
* Bilingual: Fluency in Spanish (and/or Portuguese) is required for effective communication with our diverse patient base.
* Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills to interact confidently with patients, staff, and providers.
* Detail-Oriented & Organized: Able to multitask and maintain accuracy in a busy, fast-paced environment.
* Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using EMR systems and office technology.
* Ability to commute to PERTH AMBOY location as described

Salary Transparency: This position is aligned with Pay Grade 4 of the 2025 OPM Salary Table for the NY, NJ, CT, and PA region. Compensation is based on experience and education.
