Job Title: Medical Receptionist
Job Duration: 4+ months contract (possibilities of extension)

Work Hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Job Description:

This role supports daily patient access functions. The position serves as a gatekeeper by getting patients scheduled and checked in to see their provider.

You will work with a team responsible for front‑office operations including scheduling, check‑in, eligibility verification, and handling scheduling reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer phones
• Schedule appointments
• Check patients in and out
• Perform insurance eligibility
• Work scheduling reports

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Administrative healthcare professional experience
• Ability to multitask and provide strong customer service
