Join a dynamic team at a bustling, full-service Healthcare system renowned for providing exceptional healthcare through their full-service hospital and vast network of outpatient clinics. They seek an experienced, highly motivated Medical Practice Manager to oversee all nursing and general management activities at their Ear-Nose-Throat clinic. Partners with the clinical and administrative staff to enhance patient care quality, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. This position will be reporting to the Director of Ancillary Services

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent, preferred.
• 2-3 years of office management/supervisory experience, required.
• Previous otolaryngology clinic experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of general clinic office procedures, billing, and computer technologies, required.
• Ability to demonstrate and model exceptional customer service and practices to staff, required.

Salary:  $85,000-90,000 DOE, Generous Benefits
