Job Description:

We are hiring three Revenue Cycle Specialists to support a growing team. This role rotates weekly between Accounts Receivable (AR) and Payment Posting. Candidates should be analytical, adaptable, and ready to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving and wants to contribute to process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Rotate weekly between AR follow-up and payment posting duties.
  • Manage clearinghouse and eligibility rejections; perform edits and rebills.
  • Post both manual (45%) and electronic payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Locate and extract payments from provider portals when necessary.
  • Ensure timely and accurate posting to support bi-monthly invoicing cycles.
  • Review and correct pre- and post-billing errors.
  • Submit claims, resolve denials, and file appeals as needed.
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation and reporting.
  • Work within multiple EHR and billing systems depending on provider.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in payment posting (AR experience can be trained).
  • Experience with NexGen required for at least one of the three roles.
  • Familiarity with systems such as AdvancedMD, ECW, Athena, or Practice Fusion is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently in a high-volume environment.
  • Stable work history preferred (no frequent job changes).
