Qualifications:
- Job qualifications & certifications:
- 3+ years medical office management experience.
- Must have management experience plus billing/coding background.
- Billing/coding experience required.
- Strong understanding of revenue cycle workflows.
- Skills:
- Leadership and team management.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong knowledge of billing/coding processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily administrative operations.
- Supervise billing and coding staff.
- Ensure accurate claims submission and follow-up.
- Implement office policies and productivity standards.
- Monitor compliance with federal and payer requirements.
- Manage staff schedules, reporting, and performance.
Physical Examination Responsibilities:
- None or minimal; primarily office-based.
