System One is currently hiring a Medical Front Desk Representative for a mid-size specialty clinic in Tulsa.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a professional, friendly, and detail-oriented individual to serve as the first point of contact for patients. The ideal candidate will have prior medical office experience and a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients in a professional and courteous manner
Verify insurance and collect co-pays
Schedule and confirm appointments
Answer incoming phone calls and route appropriately
Maintain accurate patient records in EMR system
Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Previous medical front desk or healthcare administrative experience preferred
Experience with EMR systems strongly preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinic environment
Reliable and professional demeanor
