We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic team as a Consulting Medical Front Desk.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and friendly manner, ensuring a positive first impression for our healthcare facility.
- Manage patient appointments, including scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation.
- Obtain and update patient information accurately, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Answer incoming calls promptly, addressing inquiries, and providing information related to our healthcare services.
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow.
- Handle billing processes, including insurance verification, co-pay collection, and invoice generation.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area to create a welcoming environment.
- Handle patient concerns and complaints professionally, escalating them to the appropriate personnel when necessary.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned, such as filing, data entry, and supply inventory.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical front desk or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with patients, visitors, and team members.
- High attention to detail and accuracy to handle patient information and manage appointments.
- Proficiency in using medical software for scheduling, billing, and data management.
- Knowledge of medical terminologies, healthcare procedures, and insurance processes.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required. A degree in healthcare administration or a related field is preferred.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.
