Job Title: Medical Doctor
Location: Paramus, NJ (In-person, mix of clinic and telehealth)
Compensation: $225,000$250,000 annually + benefits
Job Type: Full-time, Direct Hire
About the Role
Were seeking a dedicated Medical Doctor to join a dynamic healthcare team in Paramus, NJ. This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care across a variety of medical disciplines while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. The position blends traditional in-person clinical work with telehealth (conducted from the clinic).
What Youll Do
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and physical exams
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Accurately manage patient documentation using EHR/EMR systems
Collaborate with specialists in Psychiatry, Endocrinology, Cardiology, Gastroenterology, and more
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and maintain patient confidentiality
Stay current with advancements in medical practices through continuing education
Qualifications
Doctor of Medicine (MD) from an accredited institution
Board certification preferred (Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, or Emergency Medicine advantageous)
Proven clinical experience
Excellent communication skills with a compassionate patient-care approach
Familiarity with telehealth and outpatient care preferred
Must be able to commute or relocate to Edgewater, NJ prior to start
Schedule
Not a standard 95
Typical week: 2 days 8am8pm, 1 day 8am7pm
Every other weekend required (with 2 weekdays off and every other weekend off)
