Opening Times
- MondayFriday, 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM
- Saturday, 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM
- Flexible scheduling with options to start or finish earlier or later
- 4 x 10 hour shifts generally requested for full time
- Saturdays on rotational basis only

The Role
As Medical Director, you will play a key leadership role while maintaining a clinical caseload.
Responsibilities include:
Providing high-quality medical, surgical, and dental care
Leading medical standards and clinical protocols
Mentoring and supporting associate veterinarians
Collaborating with management on hospital operations and growth
Encouraging Fear Free handling and AAHA best practices
Supporting a positive, respectful, team-oriented culture

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $150,000$200,000, based on experience
- Additional Medical Director bonus
- 20% production with no negative accrual
- Relocation or signing bonus available
- 3 weeks PTO plus 1 week CE time

- DVM or equivalent degree
- Eligible for Texas veterinary licensure
