Responsibilities:

As a Medical Director/Family Physician, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Providing comprehensive and continuous primary care to our patients, addressing all aspects of healthcare from prevention to diagnosis and treatment.
2. Leading and mentoring a team of healthcare professionals, fostering an environment that promotes learning, growth, and patient care excellence.
3. Developing and implementing healthcare policies and procedures that ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
4. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals and departments to provide integrated and coordinated patient care services.
5. Participating in quality improvement initiatives, conducting regular reviews of patient care, and making necessary adjustments to improve patient outcomes.
6. Overseeing the medical management of specific conditions or treatments, and providing clinical guidance to the team.
7. Staying abreast of the latest developments in family medicine and healthcare management to ensure the delivery of up-to-date patient care.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the Medical Director/Family Physician position, you must possess the following qualifications:

1. A medical degree from an accredited medical school.
2. A valid license to practice medicine in the state.
3. Board certification in Family Medicine.
4. A minimum of 3+ years of clinical experience as a Family Physician
5. Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing medical policies and procedures.
6. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to mentor and motivate a team.
7. Strong clinical knowledge and skills, with a keen focus on patient-centered care.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
9. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound clinical decisions.
10. A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
