• Work in a manufacturing environment to produce high-quality medical devices.
• Perform basic assembly, repair, and testing of small medical components.
• Follow standard procedures and work under close supervision.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records.
• Ensure all parts are traceable and meet quality standards.
• Follow safety guidelines and use proper protective equipment.
• Support continuous improvement and quality initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
• Good attention to detail and ability to handle small components.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
