Position: Medical Collections Specialist (Bilingual - English and Spanish)
Location: Dallas, TX 75204
Type: Contract to hire(4-month contract with the possibility of conversion to a full-time role)
Schedule: Rotating shifts, Monday–Friday (No weekends)
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (5x8)
9:00 AM – 8:00 PM (4x10 – 1 week per month)
11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (5x8)
(Must be available for all shifts — fixed 1-hour lunch break)
Pay rate: $20/hr on W2
Qualifications:
- Must pass background check & drug screening
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a high-volume call center or collections environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Strong attendance record, punctuality, and excellent attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with outstanding medical bills (payments or payment plans)
- Handle both incoming and outgoing automated calls
- Work assigned accounts thoroughly and productively
- Complete meaningful collection activities with a results-oriented approach
- Follow all HIPAA guidelines
