Medical Clinic Manager

Join a growing community hospital committed to expanding access to high-quality care. We’re seeking a Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of a hospital owned urology clinic.

In this key leadership role, you will provide administrative oversight of clinic operations, supervise clinical and administrative staff, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. The Medical Clinic Manager is responsible for overseeing clinic workflows, optimizing patient access and service delivery, and maintaining regulatory and quality standards. You will also play a vital role in annual budget planning and operational decision-making to support growth.  This position will be reporting to the Director of Ancillary Services

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or a related field, required.
• 2-3+ Medical office management/supervisory experience,
• Previous experience working in a urology clinic, strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of general clinic office procedures, billing, and computer technologies,
• Ability to demonstrate and model exceptional customer service and practices to staff,

Salary:  $85,000-95,000 DOE, Generous Benefits
