Medical Billing Manager

• Oversee and manage all billing operations, ensuring accurate and timely claim submission, payment posting, and reimbursement follow-up
• Lead, train, and evaluate a 5+ member billing team, setting productivity standards, goals, and performance expectations
• Ensure compliance with payer, State, Federal, HIPAA, and coding regulations, partnering closely with Compliance and Finance
• Manage denials, appeals, audits, and process improvements to optimize revenue cycle performance and reduce AR
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Client Services, and clinical teams to resolve billing and coding issues
• Analyze billing trends, staffing needs, and performance metrics to support strategic planning and operational growth

• Proven leadership experience in medical billing, with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a 5+ person team
• Deep knowledge of radiology billing, coding, insurance requirements, and reimbursement processes
• A strategic, detail-oriented mindset with a track record of improving workflows, resolving complex billing issues, and driving efficiency
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines
• Clear, confident communication skills and a collaborative approach to working across clinical, operational, finance, and compliance teams
