Computer Software:  Health Management System (HMS), Microsoft Office
Educational Requirements:  Must have Medical Assistant Certification

Candidate responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care services of a medical nature in a clinical setting
Knowledge of basic medical terminology
Phlebotomy skills as well as administering IM and Subcutaneous injections
Ability to administer and read accurate blood pressure testing
Interviewing patients and obtain a complete medical history
Ability to keep accurate records
Distribute prescribed medications
Effective communication skills
