See job responsibilities listed below.<br/><br/>Heart and Vascular Care, PC is located in Rochester Hills.<br/><br/>This is not a remote position.<br/><br/></div><div><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul><li>Handle all clinical duties in a timely manner.</li><li>Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff.</li><li>Care Management via telephone, assessing patients' needs, coordinating services, and supporting patients.</li><li>Taking patient vitals.</li><li>Refilling prescriptions & medication reconciliation.</li><li>Perform EKGs.</li></ul><div><br/><strong>Qualifications:</strong></div><ul><li>Previous experience in the healthcare field.</li><li>Familiarity with medical procedures.</li><li>Strong organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>EPIC knowledge is a plus.</li></ul>
