Medical Assistant (PRN)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The Medical Assistant will be responsible for assisting healthcare professionals in patient care and medical office management.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a Medical Assistant program.
- Certification as a Medical Assistant.
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Escort patients to exam rooms and prepare them for examinations.
- Assist healthcare professionals with patient care procedures.
- Perform basic medical procedures such as taking vital signs and administering medications.
- Maintain patient records and input information into electronic health records.
- Schedule patient appointments and handle administrative tasks as needed.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the medical office.
- Adhere to all healthcare regulations and safety standards.
