Medical Assistant

Position: Certified Medical Assistant

Location: Phoenix, AZ 85009

Duration: 13 weeks with possible extension

Schedule: 3×12-hour shifts per week | Day and night openings

Pay: $20/hr.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for exams, obtain histories, vital signs, and document chief complaints.

• Complete documentation in the electronic health record.

• Perform office procedures, tests, injections, immunizations, TB testing, venipuncture, and lab work per protocol.

• Transcribe provider orders, schedule follow-up appointments, and maintain exam room supplies.

• Handle administrative tasks including filing, scanning, scheduling, and document preparation.

• Use Microsoft Office for basic documentation, email, and scheduling tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.

• Active CMA certification

• Minimum 1 year of Medical Assistant experience.

• Current First Aid certification and completed N95 fit testing.
