What You Need to Apply:

• 1+ year experience as a Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, or equivalent preferred)

• At least 6 months in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or similar primary care

• Experience with Medicare Annual Wellness Visits and Well-Child Visits

• Comfortable working in patients' homes (home health experience a big plus)
