Shift: Day Shift – Monday to Friday (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Medical Assistant (MA) to support a busy outpatient neuro clinic. The ideal candidate will assist physicians with daily clinical and administrative tasks while ensuring a smooth patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support to two physicians (MDs)

• Assist with patient intake, vitals, and basic clinical procedures

• Prepare exam rooms and maintain clean, organized workspaces

• Support patient scheduling and coordination as needed

• Document patient information accurately in the system

• Ensure high-quality patient care and customer service

Required Qualifications

• Prior Medical Assistant experience

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced outpatient setting

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with EPIC EMR system
