Job Title: Medical Assistant – Outpatient Clinic (Contract)

Location: Brooklyn, NY
Duration: 9 Weeks
Compensation: Up to $28.00 per hour
Shift & Schedule: Day Shift, Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)

Position Overview:

Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Medical Assistant – Outpatient Clinic for an exciting Travel or Local job in Brooklyn, NY.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist physicians with daily clinical tasks and patient flow
• Perform patient intake, including vital signs and documentation
• Prepare exam rooms and maintain cleanliness and supplies
• Support administrative and clinical duties as needed
• Ensure accurate and timely patient charting
• Collaborate with healthcare team to maintain efficient operations

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Medical Assistant
• Outpatient or clinic experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• EPIC experience is a plus
• COVID-19 Vaccination required (medical exemptions only)
• Flu Vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions allowed)
