We Are Hiring:

Location: Milwaukee, WI

Facility: St. Joseph Hospital  

Department/Speciality: OBGYN

Schedule: Part-time | 28 hours a week 

What You Will Do:

 

  • Assist physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, and and registered nurses with prescribed treatments and clinical procedures, supporting comprehensive care in OB/GYN and women’s health settings.
  • Conduct patient intake by interviewing patients, obtaining vital signs, documenting medical information, and preparing examination and treatment rooms for gynecologic and obstetric visits.
  • Perform clinical and procedural support duties to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality patient care.
  • Complete administrative and operational tasks, including answering phones, checking in patients, maintaining medical records, ordering and stocking supplies, and maintaining a clean, organized clinical environment.
What You Will Need:

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association OR American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
    • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
Additional Preferences:
  • 2 days off, 3 days on | Between M-F | Hours vary between 7 AM - 6 PM 
  • Ability to travel to St. Joseph's Clinic, Wauwatosa Clinic, Glenpoint and St. Francis as necessary 
  • Certified MA or LPN preferred
  • Prior Women's Health Experience
  • EPIC experience
