Description:
- Patient Intake & Assessment – Conduct daily patient intake, including obtaining and recording vital signs, updating medical histories, and preparing patients for examination.
- Clinical Documentation – Accurately document patient information in the electronic medical record and ensure timely, thorough hand‑offs to MDs and APCs.
- Direct Patient Care – Assist with routine clinical procedures and provide hands‑on support to enhance patient comfort and care quality.
- Follow-Up Tasks – Manage and complete clinical follow‑up tasks as directed, ensuring continuity of care and timely communication with the care team.
- Team Collaboration – Work closely with the healthcare team to maintain an organized, efficient, and patient‑centered environment.
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential
- 1–2 years of related clinical experience
- Strong clinical documentation and patient‑care skills
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Positive, professional attitude
- Strong teamwork mindset and willingness to support colleagues
- Ability to adapt in a fast‑paced clinical setting
