Medical Assistant – Full-Time

Ade Medical Group is seeking a compassionate and efficient Medical Assistant to support our clinical team. This role focuses on patient rooming and follow-up callbacks, helping ensure smooth patient flow and excellent patient communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Room patients and prepare them for provider visits (vitals, medication review, chief complaint, etc.)
• Accurately document patient information in eClinicalWorks (eCW)
• Perform patient callbacks regarding lab results, provider instructions, and follow-up care
• Relay messages between patients and providers in a timely and professional manner
• Assist with scheduling follow-ups and coordinating care as needed
• Maintain clean, stocked, and organized exam rooms
• Support providers with basic clinical and administrative tasks

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Medical Assistant required
• Familiarity with eClinicalWorks (eCW) preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent certification
• Experience with patient callbacks, triage, or care coordination
• Bilingual skills are a plus (if applicable)
