Medical Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Medical Assistant

Location: Fresno, CA | Pay: $21.00/hr | Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front and back-office operations, with a focus on excellent patient care and communication skills. The selected candidate will interact directly with patients and ensuring a positive experience. This position requires motivation, dedication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Make outgoing calls to schedule appointments and confirm schedules with patients.
• Answer inbound calls and provide assistance to patients with inquiries.
• Collect co-pays from patients and verify insurance eligibility.
• Utilize Microsoft Outlook and Excel for efficient organization and tasks management.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Collaborate with team members and medical professionals.
• Handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
