Medical Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform patient intake, record vital signs, and assist with examinations.
  

• Conduct EKGs, administer injections, and perform blood draws.
  

• Handle phone triage and communicate effectively with patients and staff.
  

• Manage front office duties including patient check-in and check-out.
  

• Verify insurance coverage and collect payments.
  

• Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
  

• Support physicians and nurses in delivering efficient healthcare services.
  

Qualifications:

• Certified Medical Assistant credential (CMA, RMA, or similar).
  

• MediClear Certification (or equivalent) required.
  

• Prior experience in a medical or clinical setting required.
  

• Strong background in patient care and medical procedures.
  

• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced practice environment.
