Schedule: Day Shift | Full-time

• Advocate for patient-centered care by ensuring clear communication, managing preventative screenings, and facilitating timely access to treatment.

• Support clinical operations through efficient patient intake, referral processing, and direct provider assistance, including room preparation and vitals.

• Guide the patient journey by clarifying next steps and answering questions to reduce anxiety and build navigational confidence.

• Contribute to a culture of excellence by upholding safety standards and collaborating with the team to protect patient well-being.

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association OR American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

• Certified MA or LPN preferred
