What You’ll Do:

As a Medical Assistant, you’ll be the backbone of our clinical team providing direct support to providers and compassionate care to patients. Your day might include:

• Welcoming patients and helping them feel at ease
• Taking vitals, administering vaccines, and assisting with screenings
• Performing EKGs, eye tests, and in-house lab testing
• Managing patient records in our EMR and supporting referral processes
• Coordinating care with specialists and participating in team huddles
• Contributing to quality improvement initiatives that make a real impact

What You Bring:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant training program
• Basic Life Support Certification (required)
• Experience in a clinical or behavioral health setting
• Strong communication, flexibility, and a heart for community care

Preferred:

• Bilingual (Portuguese or Spanish) or have FQHC experience!
