System One is partnering with a well-established specialty clinic in Tulsa that is looking to quickly add talented medical administrative professionals to their team. If you have experience in a medical office and enjoy supporting patients and providers in a fast-paced healthcare environment, we want to hear from you!
We are currently hiring for multiple roles including:
Medical Schedulers
Medical Billers
Insurance Authorization Specialists
These are temp-to-hire opportunities with the potential to transition into a long-term role with a respected healthcare organization.
Key Responsibilities May Include
Scheduling patient appointments and coordinating provider calendars
Verifying insurance eligibility and benefits
Obtaining prior authorizations and referrals
Processing medical billing and claims
Following up on insurance payments and denials
Communicating with patients, providers, and insurance companies
Maintaining accurate patient and billing records in EMR systems
Qualifications
Previous experience in a medical office setting preferred
Experience with scheduling, medical billing, or insurance authorizations
Knowledge of insurance processes and patient coordination
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
