About Us
At Madden/Karsh, we're not your typical marketing agency. We're a full-service destination marketing agency that blends tech-savvy know-how with creative flair to help destinations shine. Innovation? Check. Data-driven strategies? Double check. A passion for storytelling that brings destinations to life? Oh yeah, we've got that too.
We're constantly evolving to meet the needs of our tourism partners, driven by performance and aligned with their goals. With Madden/Karsh's Agile approach, we flex and adapt to connect our clients with travelers, groups, and event planners, creating campaigns that don't just reach people-they inspire action.
We offer the whole shebang: full-agency services and omni-channel solutions. By combining research-backed insights, captivating storytelling, and strategically executed campaigns, we deliver results that move the needle (and then some).
About You
You are a strategic multitasker who thrives at the intersection of creative intuition and data-driven analysis. You know your way around the foundational digital tactics and maybe you've even dabbled in OOH, print, or broadcast buys. But what really sets you apart? Your curiosity and drive. You're not just keeping up with the ever-changing media landscape-you're eager to navigate it, experiment with it, and find new ways to make it work for our clients.
Marketing fascinates you. Why do some campaigns stick while others fall flat? How do audiences engage, and what makes them take action? You love diving into the details, optimizing for performance, and uncovering insights that push campaigns to the next level. And lucky for you, you'll be surrounded by a team that's just as nerdy about marketing as you are.
