Our client is a growth marketing consultancy.

We're looking for a media leader who knows what great looks like and is actively reimagining what it looks like next. This person has agency-side experience and real relationships, but isn't married to how things have always been done. AI and automation are reshaping media practices fast, and we want someone who sees that as an opportunity, not a threat.

You'll lead our Growth Marketing team, own the practice's standards and evolution, and be a key voice in new business.

What You'll Own
  • Leadership and development of the Growth Marketing team across paid media and retention
  • Media strategy: from channel planning through optimization and measurement
  • Building and refining practice processes
  • New business: bringing sharp, credible media thinking into pitches and proposals
  • Actively integrating emerging tools and approaches into how the team works

What We're Looking For
  • 8+ years in paid media, with meaningful time inside an established agency or consultancy
  • A people leader who develops talent and holds a high bar
  • Genuine curiosity about AI and automation and hands-on experience applying it to media work
  • Comfortable in a lean environment where craft and innovation matter more than headcount

Benefits
  • Competitive Base Salary: We are competitive and transparent about our pay bands. Your base salary offer will be determined by your career experience and skill level demonstrated throughout the interview process.
  • Director Level: $130,000 – $180,000
  • Discretionary Profit Sharing (Variable Compensation): Team members may be eligible for discretionary profit sharing based on company performance, role seniority, and individual contribution. Historically, discretionary profit sharing has ranged from 5–10% for these levels, though payouts vary.
  • Health Benefits and 401k: We offer a variety of health insurance options and up to a 3% match.
  • Flexible WFH Policy: We are generally flexible about where the team works. Our team members near the NY and LA offices are expected to work from the office at least 1 day a week.
  • Responsible PTO Policy: In addition to US holidays, we are flexible and collaborative about planning and taking time off.
  • Family Leave: We offer 3 months of paid family leave for birthing parents and 2 months for non-birthing parents. All parents can choose to take additional time off.

Other Details
  • Occasional travel may be required both locally and domestically.
