Shift Options:

• Day Shift (Rotating Weekends): 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Night Shift (Rotating Weekends): 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Salary Range:

• $27.72 – $33.00/hour (up to 5 years of experience)

• $36.30/hour (10 years of experience)

• $39.60/hour (15+ years of experience)

Additional Compensation:

• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000 (case-by-case basis)

• Shift Differentials:

  • $3/hour for nights

  • $2/hour for weekends

• Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Med-Tele Neuro Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. This role involves delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced medical-surgical and telemetry environment. You will utilize your clinical expertise to assess patients, manage treatments independently, and advocate for patient safety in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and gather relevant health data

• Advocate for patient safety and well-being within a multidisciplinary team

• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on clinical data

• Educate patients and families regarding medications, procedures, and treatments

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of recent acute care RN experience

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required)

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred; required within 6 months of hire

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

• Valid RN license in Florida required; Compact RN license holders must apply for Florida licensure prior to start
