  • Collaborate with Project Managers to track progress, forecast manpower, and manage budgets.
  • Serve as the primary jobsite contact for clients, inspectors, and engineers.
  • Promote teamwork and mentor field personnel while upholding company values of integrity, accountability, and excellence.

What You Bring
  • 10+ years of mechanical construction experience, including 5+ years in a supervisory or foreman role.
  • Strong expertise across HVAC, plumbing, piping, sheet metal, welding, and controls.
  • Proven leadership in managing multi-trade crews and complex project schedules.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, and schedules.
  • OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Preferred: Journeyman certification, NCCER, First Aid/CPR, or relevant technical training.

Why Join Us
  • Be part of a trusted mechanical construction leader known for delivering quality and precision.
  • Work on diverse commercial, industrial, and institutional projects.
  • Enjoy a collaborative environment that values safety, craftsmanship, and growth.
