Talis Groups’ client is a well-established, leading industrial facility, dedicated to responsible, sustainable, and compliant production. Their mission is to ensure safety, environmental integrity, and continuous improvement across their facilities. They are seeking an experienced hands-on Mechanical Reliability Engineer to be responsible for plant maintenance and reliability engineering on assigned projects.
Salary: $95 - $110K + full benefits package and an amazing team environment.
Highlighted Duties:
- Provide plant maintenance and reliability engineering support for assigned projects.
- Assist with the implementation and administration of a new maintenance work order system.
- Analyze maintenance system data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
- Support efforts to improve overall plant equipment performance, uptime, and reliability.
- Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to improve preventative and predictive maintenance practices.

Highlighted Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience as a Plant Engineer, Reliability Engineer, or Maintenance Engineer in an industrial environment.
- Familiarity with CAD software.
- Strong understanding of preventative and predictive maintenance techniques.
- Ability to travel throughout the plant, including stairways and inclines.
- Comfortable working in an industrial environment with moving machinery, dust, heat, cold, and noise.
- Ability to occasionally wear a respirator and work at heights or in confined spaces.
- Willingness to wear required daily PPE (hardhat, safety glasses, safety shoes, and hearing protection).
