Talis Groups’ client is a well-established, leading industrial facility, dedicated to responsible, sustainable, and compliant production. Their mission is to ensure safety, environmental integrity, and continuous improvement across their facilities. They are seeking an experienced hands-on Mechanical Reliability Engineer to be responsible for plant maintenance and reliability engineering on assigned projects.

 Salary: $95 - $110K + full benefits package and an amazing team environment.

 Highlighted Duties

  • Provide plant maintenance and reliability engineering support for assigned projects.
  • Assist with the implementation and administration of a new maintenance work order system.
  • Analyze maintenance system data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
  • Support efforts to improve overall plant equipment performance, uptime, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to improve preventative and predictive maintenance practices.
  • Help develop and refine maintenance processes to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.

 Highlighted Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related engineering discipline
  • 3–5 years of experience as a Plant Engineer, Reliability Engineer, or Maintenance Engineer in an industrial environment
  • Familiarity with CAD software
  • Strong understanding of preventative and predictive maintenance techniques
  • Ability to travel throughout the plant, including stairways and inclines.
  • Comfortable working in an industrial environment with moving machinery, dust, heat, cold, and noise
  • Ability to occasionally wear a respirator and work at heights or in confined spaces.
  • Willingness to wear required daily PPE (hardhat, safety glasses, safety shoes, and hearing protection)
