Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Plan, coordinate, and manage all mechanical design and project activities from inception to completion, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, deliverables, and specifications.
3. Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of mechanical systems, including HVAC, piping, and plumbing.
4. Conduct risk management to minimize project risks and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
5. Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards, policies, and procedures.
6. Review and approve project designs and deliverables, ensuring they meet quality standards and customer requirements.
7. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
8. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to mechanical systems.
9. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
10. Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and customers to ensure project success.

Qualifications:

1. 4+ years of experience within the mechanical construction industry.
2. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
3. Strong knowledge and experience in HVAC, piping, and plumbing.
4. Proven track record of managing large and complex mechanical projects.
5. Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
6. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
7. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
8. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
9. In-depth understanding of mechanical systems and materials.
