We’re seeking a hands?on Mechanical Supervisor to lead daily mechanical maintenance operations in a fast?paced industrial manufacturing environment. This is a highly visible role for a safety?driven leader who excels at developing teams, improving reliability, and keeping critical equipment running at peak performance.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop a skilled team of mechanical technicians through onboarding, training, succession planning, and performance management
- Champion a safety?first culture, ensuring compliance, incident investigations, and environmental standards
- Oversee daily shop operations, coordinating maintenance, repairs, installations, and outages
- Partner closely with Operations, Engineering, Reliability, and Planning teams to schedule work and control downtime
- Monitor backlog, job feedback, and schedule adherence to continuously improve maintenance effectiveness
- Manage maintenance budgets, purchase requisitions, invoices, and discretionary spend
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including PM/PdM, reliability programs, 6S, RCFA, and asset management
- Serve in the on?call supervisor rotation and support operations during critical events
What You Bring
- Journeyman certification (or equivalent hands?on mechanical experience)
- 5+ years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
- Proven ability to lead people, resolve conflict, and communicate across all levels of an organization
- Strong working knowledge of SAP / SAP?PM or comparable CMMS systems
- Solid computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Mechanical aptitude including reading drawings, layouts, and technical documentation
- Commitment to safety and ability to wear required PPE
- Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license
