Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field.
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: [Department of Defense Secret security clearance is preferred at time of hire.] Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Responsibilities for this Position
ROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES:
As a Mechanical Design Engineer for the Autonomous Maritime Platforms Business, you’ll be a member of a cross functional team responsible for the design and development of advanced autonomous subsea systems and vehicles. We are looking for a dynamic individual to support our mission of delivering cutting edge solutions to our valued customers.

- Mechanical Engineering Design
- Proficiency with SolidWorks MCAD and PTC Windchill Software
- Engineering background in the Undersea Domai
What sets you apart:
- Knowledge of autonomous/unmanned undersea vehicle (AUV/UUV) technologies, principles, theories, and concepts
- Hands-on experience assembling prototype systems
- Working knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
- Creative thinker ready to design and develop innovative solutions from conception to production
