Status: Full-time Direct hire

Location: Hybrid 1 day a week in office Charlotte, NC

Compensation: $135,000 annual salary

Are you a seasoned professional with a knack for designing HVAC systems for commercial buildings? Join our dynamic MEP engineering office, where our primary clients are architects. This role offers the unique opportunity to work in the vibrant city of Charlotte, NC, known for its rich history, diverse culture, and thriving business environment.

Responsibilities

  • Meeting and communicating with clients; and conducting site inspections.
  • Design and construction of hydronic systems (chilled water, hot water, and steam) and building automation systems is required.

Qualifications

  • Experience using AutoCad and Revit is required.
  • Experience using Trace 700 for building cooling loads is a plus; and using Trace 700 also for energy models is an additional plus.
  • One mandatory day in the office each week (Wednesdays) – all other days are optional for in office. Overnight travel is minimal.
