Mechanical Engineer

Status: Full-time Direct hire

Location: Hybrid 1 day a week in office Charlotte, NC

Compensation: $135,000 annual salary

Are you a seasoned professional with a knack for designing HVAC systems for commercial buildings? Join our dynamic MEP engineering office, where our primary clients are architects. Responsibilities

• Meeting and communicating with clients; and conducting site inspections.
• Design and construction of hydronic systems (chilled water, hot water, and steam) and building automation systems is required.

Qualifications

• Experience using AutoCad and Revit is required.
• Experience using Trace 700 for building cooling loads is a plus; and using Trace 700 also for energy models is an additional plus.
• One mandatory day in the office each week (Wednesdays) – all other days are optional for in office. Overnight travel is minimal.
